    Tonight 4 of my friends decided to drop at least grains and sugar for 30 days to see what difference it makes. It may also stretch to dairy and legumes, but that may be too much in one hit.

    I'm going to send them all the link to the pb 101 page and the readers cookbook so they can get an idea of what to eat, as over dinner tonight they were preparing themselves for a month of boring bland streamed veggies. They've actually taken on my challenge to make their meals as interesting as possible, which is great :-)

      I don't think Kool Aid is primal, so it's probably best that they haven't drunk/?drank? it. :P

      Bacon wrapped steak party sounds awesome!

          Yep, trying to drive that home

          Explained that when I told them that doing this for 30 days doesn't mean that they have to live off of chicken breast and celery sticks, which they were happy with.

          And just noticed the typo's in the title of the thread "drink" instead of "drunk" and "cool" instead of "kool"... it was late
