    Great links periquin.

    I have just sat and read the 30 day plan and straight away I found one I need to do today, though it is jumping the gun on the sequence.


    Day 14: Write a Letter to Your Father. My father, who is 70, has just come out of hospital and due to work commitments and the commuting distance I couldn't get to see him. He misses me terribly but understands about my work commitments, I am a Senior Manager. He is a typical Northern man (I live in England) where you don't show too much emotion towards other men. It took him years to get use to me giving him a hug when I visited him.

    This would be my opportunity to display what he has mean't to me all my life and give him a lift, though he will probably question why I have done it.
