I hope I'm posting this correctly! Anyway I've just moved to the UK (a week ago!) and living in Leamington Spa. Would love to know if there are others in this area or close by and to just meet people living in the UK following this lifestyle!

Joined Didn't realise there were so many of us! A meetup would be cool (a while ago I actually looked on Meetup.com for ... a meetup and there was nothing. Definitely not a popular WOE in this part of the world yet).

Welcome to the UK Aussie To join, go to "Group Tools" on the righthand side (beside "search") and select from the dropdown menu.
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
