  • Can you increase in pant size as a product of being healthier on the PB?

    Simple yet complicated question.

Although weight loss and the quest for health is usually associated with a smaller pant size, is it still quite plausible that you could actually increase a bit in waist size as a product of becoming healthier.

I noticed that I am currently in the best shape of my life so far, and I have never looked better either. My friend complimented me the other day that my six pack is becoming more salient (I have never heard that ever before in my life).

After I lost 90 lbs with CW, I went from a size 38 to a size 30 pants. Unfortunately, I am almost 100 percent sure that a lot of that weight was muscle from doing chronic cardio, avoiding fat like the plague, and eating almost a vegetarian diet.

With the primal lifestyle, I gained a lot of visible muscle, but my pants have also gotten tighter although my shirts haven't.

I am just wondering if anyone had similar experiences and I am not going crazy

Funny you mention that, I put on a pair of my older Levi slim straight jeans and they were actually more tight around the thigh than waist

          FWIW,

I LOVE the way men look when they have muscular thighs.
          Women too, actually
