so this week I reintroduced red meat back into my eating for the 1st time in 3 1/2 years + -. I had Ny strip tueaday, & leftovers Wednesday for lunch. I had beef burgers Wednsday, & leftovers for lunch thursday. And just to say I went all the way, I had real bacon this morning( with blueberry Almond pancakes). It was all very good, but not to put down anybody, but I wasn't so nocked off my feet that I feel the need to make it a habit. Ive been pluggin' along on poultry & seafood for the past few years, & never seemed to have a problem with it. So since my wife wont eat red meat or swine, I will probably just keep it as a way to make my eating options broader & not fawn all over it like I thought I would. Honestly I have felt a little bloated all week, but not to the level of complaining.
