Stuck in the office all afternoon, so I've been doing door pull-ups. I stuck a shim under the end of the open door (it's sturdy metal) and put on a pair of work gloves, and do pull-ups on it. They're harder than regular ones because your elbow doesn't move during the motion. I'm up to 15 on a bar, but I'm only managing sets of 10 on the door.
I'm just playing games with myself to stay alert. Every time the phone rings I bang out a set. Pretty shitty as far as play goes, but you do what you can.
