    Hi all,


    I am trying to lose a little bit of body fat and I was wondering how you all determine proper portion size. I hate calorie counting, though I've done it in my past.


    I find that just eating primal keeps me mostly lean (~13-14% BF) it doesn't work for cutting down to 10% or so, at least not by just eating primal until I'm lightly full when I'm hungry.


    I may go the calorie counting route, but would love to hear what others do to cut down intelligently without such measures...
