    I had a question about Edame. Is it ok to eat. Here are the nutrition facts.

        Soy in general is frowned upon, but especially non-fermented products, like fresh edamame. Soy contains phytoestrogens that can cause hormonal issues if consumed in excess.

                      Whoa there, hold on, hold on.

                      The Blueprint (Mark) allows Edamame as it's unprocessed soy.
                      He calls it "preferable" and he does eat them.

                        I think fermented soy is the type that's preferable, is edame a fermented product?

                              It's raw in the pod. You boil them with salt. Then peel the pod off and eat the beans.
