As for is it worth it- I can't afford to eat it all the time but lately I've been making an effort to buy it for 1-2 meals a day. Usually have a small lamb chop for breakfast now with sauteed spinach and a poached egg. I've found I feel and look better than before. Its a noticeable but not huge difference, mostly clearer skin, slightly flatter looking tummy but no weight loss. Still, for the first 2 years I was primal I ate only corn-fed (didn't even stick to lean), conventional eggs and chicken. Never organ meats, wild fish, or any of that other good stuff. Still saw most of the benefits of this diet. All in all, guess my point is do what you can afford, as long as you eat a primal template, it seems to work out.
