Never mind folks. I just did a search on this site and found several posts relating to mustards. I should have done a search first.

            My favorite thing about mustard:

Look at the ingredients. Even the crummiest, cheapest yellow mustard has no HFCS, colorings, or any other nastiness that has turned up in absolutely everything over the years. In a world where the back of a salad dressing bottle is indistinguishable from the back of a shampoo bottle, it's good to know that mustard is still keepin' it real with just vinegar, water, mustard seed, turmeric, and some other herbs. Clutch.

Yep....as a noob to PB, I must say I've come to LOVE mustard. I've always been a mayo junkie and I still love to have it occasionally, but I've gotten to where I truly enjoy mustard of all flavors....especially with my "homemade" duck sausage. I used to really only enjoy honey mustard, but since going primal, I've come to absolutely LOVE deli brown mustard and dijon (I haven't touched honey mustard since going primal, by the way!) I used to hate dijon, for the record. Funny how our taste buds change as we get older!
