Today I consumed well over any 'exceptional' amount of dried fruit/fresh fruit consumption, and I'm starting to feel it already.
Any advice on what to do to minimize the angry tummy and sick feeling?
    Thinking on maybe fasting tomorrow.

Just go back to normal eating schedule. Maybe use that carb refeed to your advantage and go lift (if you lift).

Fruit isn't toxic. You just are sick from normal over-eating (and maybe too much fiber if you have been low carb for a while). It will pass when you umm... Poop.

Fast for as long as you can handle. Do cardio to burn off the excess glycogen. Think of it as a refeed like turquoise said.

Stop restricting yourself, and binging will not happen.

Do not allow yourself to become wrapped up in a food 'lifestyle'. That is ego, and you are not that.

From someone who has a BED, Binges happen...Go right back to clean Primal eating. A fast may result in further binging.

Make sure that you are getting all the nutrients your body needs. Eat Protein, fat and healthy carbs.

I know how it feels. I have these issue when I come home from work, the urge to eat (especially junk stuff) have become a
bad habit. And because of these, I tend to overeat stuff and fall asleep on my sofa until the wee hours of the morning.

The "need to consume" have become a bad habit and have affected my overall health. Been doing these for over 3 years.
Ended up with High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.

4 months ago, I started these protein shake regime and I have not had the urge to consume all those junk food. 1 huge glass of my homemade protein shakes daily is damn satisfying.

Manage to bring my blood pressure down. Working now on my cholestrol now.

It happens. I made a bunch of dehydrated banana slices and one evening I ate a whole ziplock bag of them while watching TV. When the bag was gone, I realized I'd eaten the equivalent of 4 bananas! Felt like crap, too.

Drink lots of water and resume eating healthy.
