Thanks to all! You are great. I will definitely try from now to eat "primal breakfast" and then if it happens to eat crap - just eat 50% of previous dosage. Hope that will get me at least some results, which are so motivating. By the way I'm shocked by so much response. Will someone take a look at my primal diary (I will start one tomorrow) and maybe evaluate what can be wrong?
I'm sorry, too many excuses. It doesn't matter where you are in life you can always find an excuse not to do something. Your not under any more stress than most the people that post here. You CAN DO IT, You just have to make up your mind whether you want to live a healthy life or not. Priorities, what's the most important thing to you?

I agree. It may take baby steps to get there and you may not progress with the leaps and bounds others may, but you can still move forward toward a healthy life. You eat an elephant by taking one bite at a time, not swallowing the whole thing. If you are able to adopt all the principles at once...more power to ya...but don't stress too much if you don't.
