Which is the best store bought almond milk?

  • #2
My favorite has been from the store Fresh Market. Their store brand is amazing. Unsweetened vanilla is the way I go

Honestly I have yet to find one that isn't loaded with things I don't want. That includes all the alternative milk products, except maybe something like the aseptic packed Aroy-d 100% Coconut milk.

Here's Blue Diamonds list which isn't as bad as some of them
almondmilk (filtered water, almonds), calcium carbonate, tapioca starch, sea salt, potassium citrate, carrageenan, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d2 and d-alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin e).

      except I don't want vit a or d2, etc.

It's usually cheaper to buy a good almond butter and blend in boiling water--about 1 tbsp per pint.

The best brand I've found is Whole Food's own 365 brand. None of the carageenan or other crap you sometimes run into.
