    • Hm, this was actually much harder than I'd thought. I'd miss so much!

      2. chocolate (if I had to choose one bar, it would probably be Cluizel's Noir Infini)

      5. avocado
      6. eggs
      7. romaine lettuce/leafy greens
      8. shrimp
      9. pork
      10. grapefruit

        • For me I think the following, will provide keep me interested and healthy the whole time I am on the diet.
          1) Potatoes
          2) Spinach
          3) grass fed Mutton
          4) Ghee
          5) Eggs (They are just too convenient for breakfast).
          6) some kind of berries, any one will do for dessert (mix with the cream)
          7) Cream/Sour cream (actually you could get the ghee from the cream ;-).
          8) Tomatoes
          9) Onions
          10) Coconuts

          The above is sufficient for me as long as garlic/ginger/spices/salt/pepper are not counted in the list ;-). Without spices it will be tough to keep eating the same thing everyday.
