Ive been tracking my RHR for the last few months, and the last couple weeks its been around 70. It was around 60 for a while, and today it was 78. In the morning immediately when I wake up it can be around 70, today I measured it about an hour after working out, so that would probably explain elevated rate. But, no matter when I check it lately, it's never about 60. I've even measured sub 60 before. Anyone have an explanation?
