Potatoes (not daily but about 30% of days). I'm of Irish heritage so I think it's my right to eat loads of potatoes!! Eggs, Butter and cheese most days and dark chocolate yum. Pork and quite a lot of carrots, celery, onions and tomatoes. Plus dripping for Frying.

Well I always have three things on hand:

                      Eggs
Canned fish (tuna, salmon, and oysters)
Cow (got about a 1/4 of one left in the freezer still)

Oh my... I just cannot get enough of: Salmon, Spaghetti Squash, Spinach, Nori, Green Beans, Kelp, Hamachi Kama, Unagi, Chicken (Shawarma baby!!!) and sometimes I get on a red meat kick, however, I have been more on the grilled chicken kick lately!

                          that's it.

i do eat peanut butter too. and protein bars (for the carbs, but they aren't horrendously carby). occasionally protein powder in almond milk.

i do have social outings 1-2 x's a week where i eat what is served, which is where my variety comes.
Haha, I had 8 oz the other day, with 2 eggs over easy on top, and some pink himalayan sea salt and pepper.....delicious!
