  • Macronutrients?

    Need some thoughts of the experienced Groks...

    I have been tracking my daily intake for a few days now and this is what the macro's are

    Calories : between 2100 and 2500 (a bit too high but okay it's not really bad)
    Carbs: 20% - 25% (Around the 115 grams)
    Proteins: 20% - 25% (around the 100 grams)
    fat: 50% - 60% (125 -130 grams)

    Most of my fat intake comes from coconut products, meat, nuts and dark chocolate (80%)

    Is this good? Should I try to up my proteins?
    I have been looking for blogs of Mark about this but it's very confusing on how much you actually need.
    My story, My thought....

    It's all about trying to stay healthy!!!!
