I really don't care for chicken and pastured poultry is expensive. I also don't eat big portions of animal foods, but I do eat the most nutrient dense ones: grass-fed liver (2x week), wild sardines, wild salmon, shellfish, pastured eggs, raw local honey....but that's it for animal food. I occasionally may eat some grassfed beef, but not often. No pork, bone broth or anything else. Very happy eating like this, but I was wondering if there are any holes in my nutrition only eating these animal products? Thanks!
