Well I didn't say to eat it every day. But I don't worry too much about n-6 from whole, animal-sourced foods like uncured, pasture-raised bacon, as long as grass-fed beef is my staple and I eat some fatty fish once or thrice a week.

Indeed. Fatty fish is good shit.

I have sardines and anchovies for my dinner tonight.

And yeah, beef and other ruminant meat is the bulk of my meat intake now. Pork is something I might have once or twice a month at most. Even Mark has been more cautious about pork and poultry lately due to the O-6 content of them.
"The cling and a clang is the metal in my head when I walk. I hear a sort of, this tinging noise - cling clang. The cling clang. So many things happen while walking. The metal in my head clangs and clings as I walk - freaks my balance out. So the natural thought is just clogged up. Totally clogged up. So we need to unplug these dams, and make the the natural flow... It sort of freaks me out. We need to unplug the dams. You cannot stop the natural flow of thought with a cling and a clang..."

Too much for me, too, unless I ate it around 11AM.

Amazing - we've had almost the same breakfast, even down to the banana. Except that I had green beans instead of broccoli, nothing against brocolli though + I had more bacon.

Ditto, my breakfasts tend to be very light compared to that. Two eggs and a banana usually.

Yay, I was starting to feel like a freak around here XD For me, it's usually about 2 eggs with some ground beef mixed in, and a cup of coffee (and I could really leave the coffee out, but I just like coffee with my breakfast). Fills me up nicely.
