gaining fat AND losing muscle on paleo

    It don't think it really matters whether the Zoloft affects metabolism directly, or whether the Zoloft just makes you eat more. The point is that Zoloft is associated with weight gain, whatever the mechanism. We should also note that Zoloft is a drug for depression. If someone is depressed enough to need Zoloft, chances are she doesn't have the mental or emotional energy to "make good choices" or adhere to whatever cliché is on this month's magazine covers, and it's just plain mean to hand out a run-of-the-mill willpower lecture.

    Melissa, if you're paleo and not losing, you need to write more information.
    5'0" female, 45 years old. Started Primal October 31, 2011, at a skinny fat 111.5 lbs. Low weight: 99.5 lb on a fast. Gained back to 115(!) on SAD chocolate, potato chips, and stress. Currently 111.
