  • I found the best high fat, low carb tartar sauce!

    I just made primal almond flour fish sticks for the first time and I found the best primal tartar sauce at my local grocery store! It's by the brand Beaver and it's called gourmet Seafood Tartar Sauce and it has 16g of fat and only 1g of carbs!!

    (The other brands at the store had about 7g of fat and 4g of carbs, 2 of those from sugar.)

        Tartar sauce is super easy to make. Just make home-made mayo and mix in some dill relish.

              EDTA, HFCS, Sodium Benzoate and other fantastic ingredients... This is frankenfood for me

                Oops, sorry...I'm new to PB and I only looked at the nutrition facts...guess I should have read the ingredients too...
