  • 30 Day Progress - What Do You Think?

    This didn't even get a wink in the other forum so I'll post here.

    I Just completed my first 30 days.

    Here are the results:

    Weight Loss: 15 pounds
    Body Fat Loss: 3.3%

    I went from size 36 shorts (fit a little loose) to size 33 shorts (fit comfortably).

    What do you think?

    Do you think this can be repeatable for the next 30 days or do you think the progress will slow?
