    *WARNING: frivolous question ahead*


    On days, I'm strapped for time or have no enthusiasm to cook, can I just eat enough butter/coconut oil + a vitamin supplement? Calorically speaking, that would suffice, won't it?

    Shouldn't you have some protein?


    I keep hard boiled eggs handy for those kinds of days.

      Hahaha, frivolous question indeed! I keep mixed nuts and hard boiled eggs for those days too. And almond butter...though I have some of that every day anyway

        NO, it won't! At least eat fruit, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, make yourself some jerky, have some home made coconut bars on hand, etc.
