  • Results: Good or Bad?

    So i completed my 30 day challange and have my results. First off I am 6'3 22 years old.

    Start Weight- 189
    Weight today- 184

    Start Waist- 33
    Waist today- 32

    I also made some strength gains with the 5x%

    My concern is that I did some online body fat % test and I went from 10.3% to 9.9% which sounds great but I did out the math and lost about 4 pounds of lean mass and 1 pound of fat which doesnt sound so great to me. I would appreciate any input.

      The loss in weight may have been water weight as opposed to muscle.

          Losing an inch off your waist makes it sound like you've at least lost some fat.
