    I heard this on Abel James podcasts by beyond bacon.

    Tried googling but not much came up,
    Benefits, opinions???

    I have some, but don't supplement with it as such. I switch up between this, the pink and the Black volcanic himalayan salts.
    Each have their own flavors and uses.
    Can't say I notice any specific benefits of any of them though, apart from tasting great.

      The benefit would be the Iodine. I just supplement with a tiny quarter spoons worth of pure Kelp Granules every other morning rather than mixing kelp in with my salt.

          I eat a lot of kelp products anyway but, if one didn't have access to those, that salt looks like a good idea. I eat Sea Tangle brand kelp noodles and SeaSnax which are crunchy fried nori sheets. Plus sushi.

            I've bought a jar of 'salade de pecheur' from Wholefoods in Picadilly - not that expensive (I don't remember how much though). I sprinkle it on to my bone broth.

            You may instead want to buy ordinary sheets of nori (Japanese seaweed) and just crumble that into stuff you're cooking - would be even cheaper. Check the ingredients for no added crap, obviously.

            I have no idea if it's working yet as the benefits of adequate iodine are more energy and I'm currently sleeping badly in the heat!

              I used KELP SEASONING (that doesn't contain salt) but then mix it with salt. It's delicious! I use... Bragg's Sea Kelp Delight! You can find it at Whole Foods and your local Kroger store!
