      Yes.

      It seems at times the blood ketones and glucose levels are 'just right' to give the euphoria feeling (eg very clear headed, extreme happiness, low/no appetite, high energy levels, body feels great, etc etc). Though the euphoria will likely stop happening after long term in ketosis.

      Even anorexics can go through a natural chemical high caused by ketosis - This 'high' may be part of the 'attraction' (addiction ??) of maintaining eating disorders like anorexia. In this case the mental 'high' is pursued without regard (or realization) of the expense of body tissues and health.

      'Drifting' in and out of keto can be good/healthy for some people.
      Living in keto can be good/healthy for some people.

      Keto may not be good/healthy for some people.
