Hi all i am transitioning to 2 full body strength work outs and 2 sprint sessions per week. I have been doing regular keto for a long time but i want to do tkd before sprinting. Couple questions. What is the best fruit to use for tkd? How many carbs should i shoot for? Thinking around 150 to 200. Finally how long after eating should i wait to sprint? Thank you all any help will be greatly appreciated.
