  • Nuts by order... Macadamia, then what? Can't get them in Cyprus

I just had a big plate of chicken, salad and tahini... ate the whole thing and. .. was still hungry. Not sure why.

Bought a package of almonds (140 grm) , had about half a package, now I feel stuffed. Really good for a snak I guess.

I can't find macadamia in Cyprus. What are the best nuts from good to bad and how much can I have per day?

I should mention that I'm working out and trying to lose BF to get more defined.

I dropped the orange juice by the way...

As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

The first article left me even more confused!!!!

        This is from the 3rd:

        The best nuts:

        - Hazelnuts, filberts, walnuts, almonds

Less-nutritious (but sort of decent) nuts:

        - Peanuts (not actually a nut), pine nuts, cashews

don't beat yourself up trying to source food that is hard to get in cypress. you have easy access to almonds, yes?

they're a snack or garnish, not a major food group.

I don't think you need them…you should be able to get lots of great fish. Fresh sardines?

Yeah, but international shipping can be an absolute killer, Ryancarter.
