I eat a white potato everyday and only do cardio 3-4 times a week, still pretty lean.

I don't have a problem with it. If your diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle are in good nick having a sweet potato per day will do not harm, in fact it'll probs perk you up even more.

I eat almost one sweet potato a day. It makes no difference to my weight. I do lift though and I try to have one sprint session per week.

Right now I have one yam, one yellow sweet potato and one white potato on my desk. I didn't get around to eating them this week. I went for butternut squash and riced cauliflower/carrot for a few days instead.

I love sweet potatoes. I usually eat a pound a day with some butter, heavy cream and cinnamon. Delicious.

Same here except for the regular potatoes.
What happens if you go below 75g for example?

Go for it. I'm not trying to lose weight and feel best with one sweet potato in my stomach per day. Any less than that and I get huge cravings for some carbs.
