THe question is - are YOU hot???

    (I'm in London )
"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

I look just like Grok. Only less smelly.

So would you like me to chat you up right here infront of everyone or would you prefer some privacy via PM?

Bacon and bulletproof coffee is probably a better bait for hot chicks in this primal pond, Ollie...

No, it's a place to find strangers to hook up or berate each other.
As God is my witness, I'll never be hungry again.

                      Captain Caveman... with Lynx?

Before we go any further I have something I have to tell you... I eat FRUIT! And potatoes. I hate BA salads. And... I've never had a bullet proof coffee!

                      What would Grok do?

Grok would do it out in the open so everyone could see. Post on the forum that is.

I like a bit of fruit and spuds every now and then. Are you into your meat and two veggies then?

I did say PM may be better haha
