    Level 4 for me, with a bit of 5 thrown in on days when I run by Starbucks b/c I'm out of raw cream. Lacto-Paleo is a great name. I wish I had thought of it.

          I'm at level 3 with dairy. It's been working well for the last six months, though I do indulge in a chocolate stout brew now and then

            I'm a solid 3, works for me. I'm a natural carnivore since early childhood. Don't have any problems following a strict meat/veg WOE.
