I dunno, my variety is probably WTF paleo, but I have not eaten bacon or drunk lattes. My deviations over the few years were like organic millet and, at times, artificial sweeteners. Now I am strict, no dairy, even eliminated eggs and nightshades for a while... I did low carb, carb cycling... still did not mean my goals" good energy, no depression, lean body and clear skin. I am experimenting with the low fat-high fruit approach now.
I do not appreciate the thought that those who don't see the results are just not really trying.
