  • What (not) to eat to gain a little weight?

    I want to gain a little weight without eating too much crappy stuff.
    Any suggestions?
    Just upping carbs?

    Eating more in general will help you gain weight, but it depends on what/how much you are eating now.

      If you can handle milk, add three cups of grass-fed whole milk a day. Try that for a month.

          You just have to calculate your maintenance calories and eat above that number.

          There's not any specific food that you should add in or avoid, although I find it easiest to up carbs.

            Increasing carbs will help you gain weight the fastest, but just more of everything is the best way. +1 with the organic whole milk idea. Organic milk+ a colostrum supplement will really help

              I like rice with heavy cream, honey, and cinnamon.
              Sweet potatoes with the same, or butter instead of cream.
