    After 6 horrific days of mind bending sickness, with a diet of only clear liquids, I regained my strength and ate a little yesterday and a lot today am planning to start back up weight lifting tomorrow. Previous to the sudden sickness, I hadn't been for two weeks as I was finishing some projects... so this will be interesting! I'll also be tracking my food to keep the 'macros' right. Truly starting from scratch, in a way, huh?

    Very, very glad to hear you're feeling better.

    I'd go easy on the lifting, work into it gradually ... but then, that's me.

    I had a minor relapse this morning after being pretty good for a day or two. Luckily got a job done (which couldn't be postponed) before the relapse.

    Added "live" sauerkraut from the health food store to some sardines this evening, which seems to be treating me pretty well. I think I'll eat some with every meal for a few more days, if nothing too bad happens.
