After 6 horrific days of mind bending sickness, with a diet of only clear liquids, I regained my strength and ate a little yesterday and a lot today am planning to start back up weight lifting tomorrow. Previous to the sudden sickness, I hadn't been for two weeks as I was finishing some projects... so this will be interesting! I'll also be tracking my food to keep the 'macros' right. Truly starting from scratch, in a way, huh?
