  • Tibetan Milk Mushroom

So, recently my mom started drinking this concoction:

Tibetan Kefir Mushrooms - Four Advocados

Tibetan milk mushroom | Qatar Living

She says she feels better since she started taking it and gives it a lot of praise.

Thoughts? Has anyone else tried this as well?

It's just another way of getting your probiotics along with fermented veggies and kombucha "scoobies."

Very primal, good for the gut, and definitely healthy.

Would I call it a miracle cure? No way. But as living primally has taught me, the idea of "super foods" and miracle cures are absolutely ridiculous. Focus on eating healthy, natural, and real foods. I would also add to that that you should make sure a portion of your foods are "living foods" meaning that they provide your body with the beneficial living organisms it needs to be healthy. This definitely qualifies as a living food.

The metal in my head clangs and clings as I walk - freaks my balance out. So the natural thought is just clogged up. Totally clogged up. So we need to unplug these dams, and make the the natural flow... It sort of freaks me out. We need to unplug the dams. You cannot stop the natural flow of thought with a cling and a clang..."

Hey! Thanks Dairy usually makes me feel ill, but this is supposed to be okay for people who are lactose intolerant as well, so I think I will try it!

        Tread lightly if you're intolerant.

If you really want probiotics and are wary about your dairy due to allergies and the like, you can always try fermented veggies like sauerkraut, kimchi, and others, as well as try drinking things like kombucha.
