    So envious!

    My favourite steak of all time was eaten in Italy - thick, rare, topped with a balsamic vinegar reduction and proudly alone on it's plate, like a meaty god.

      Canned or jarred fish also- tuna, sardines, mackerel.

        anchovies Prefer small fatty fish rather than bigger ones like tuna.
