    Hello all... still trying to learn the essentials of paleo and macronutrients. i have read marks' basic blueprints. but to recover from malabsorption, low weight, and euthyroid sick syndrome/low t3 syndrome, is fat or protein better? i know both are essential but in favoring one over the other which is better?

    I think you should just eat a varied diet of primal foods and don't worry yourself about macros.
    Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.
