    Oh wow, this is so easy..

    I found a recipe using a whole egg not just the yolks...if anyone's interested here it is.

    2 eggs
    1/2 TSP Mustard, dry or Dijon
    1/4 TSP Salt
    2 TBSP Vinegar
    2 CUPS Oil

    I used an immersion blender and I halved the recipe. I also added 2 tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of lemon

    Blend...says it will last for 2 weeks

      Haha thanks for this thread, just remembered I had EVOO mayo in the fridge for my steak!

      Its a nice rich fruity olive oil, so there is a ton of flavor in the mayo, but it tastes delicious.
