I can find info online on how they separate curds from whey but can't find info on how they separate the carbohydrate portion of the whey from the protein part. Not just in the so called "bad" protein powders where its heated high, acid treated bla bla bla but also the so called "good" protein powders of grass fed, cold treated whatever they call it. I really doubt the protein powders from grass fed cows where its treated with some "cold process" so the protein is undenatured is so innocent... How do they remove the carbohydrate part? Anyone know?
