    So I have just discovered that my bottle of olive oil has been missing its cap over night. Why must I be so sloppy?!

    Anyway do you guys think that any of the PUFAs have been oxidized by the extra air exposure? I know this sounds obsessive but I'm sure many of you sympathize with my complete and utter hatred of oxidized fats and I don't want to consume a whole bottle of oxidized oil. Does it even work that way?
