I cook everything in that stuff. Then I douse it with red hot.
Seriously, I have a griddle (most used item in my kitchen). I frequently cook all sorts of fatty meat on it. Then I leave the fat on it to cook whatever the side dish. Sure fire way to save big bucks on Kerrygold . Plus why would you waste all that yummy fat when you've paid premium dollars for the high quality stuff!
Can't eat eggs, but I cook my banana in it depends on the source though, if I have run out of the good bacon I buy at my specialty store then I don't.
Started Primal June 2012 at 148.5lbs, and 5' 1", reached goal weight in 5 months.

Absolutely! Actually, I keep two jars in the fridge, one for extra bacon grease and the other for pepper bacon grease. Banana pancakes fried in pepper bacon grease are one of my favorite breakfasts.
This right here is my favorite, the flavors come together soo well, just a tad of salt in the drippings really makes those cakes "pop" on your tastebuds! Cant wait until Sunday to have a banana pancake party haha.
