        It is definitely cool from a scientific standpoint, but at $0.30/lb, I'll stick with potatoes and bananas for my starch

            Thats why "foods" made with wheat, corn, and other grains are so expeisive and rare, reserved for fortunate members of royalty only. Regular people like us must be content to gnaw medium rare flesh off a lamb's leg bone wishing we could find a potato.
