2 strips of bacon and wound up eating 4 scrambled eggs with 12.5g of cheddar as my fiance still wasn't recovered enough to manage his 3rd egg.

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

Did a fasted tabata workout earlier so its just about time.
We all eat "break fast" pretty much daily I suppose.

5 eggs fried in coconut oil, about half a pound of pastured sausage, and a small bowl of sauerkraut.

And a tall glass of raw goats milk

2 glasses of water then a glass of celery/bok choy/spinach/orange smoothie followed by a 2 egg omelet (used coconut oil) with cooked pumpkin, bacon bits and some raw fennel. Some extra olive oil and a spoon of virgin coconut cream as 'desert' lol

Skipped breakfast as I usually do on weekdays, except for an Americano.

For lunch, had a big "salad in a jar" that I vacuum-sealed up in a quart jar on Sunday night (romaine, chard, red pepper strips), still totally fresh. Topped with olive oil & vinegar, walnuts, orange pepper strips. Side: More orange pepper strips with lemon-pepper aioli, and a whole, ripe avocado.

Omelette (two eggs, milk, pepper, fresh chopped basil),

topped with butter-fried leeks, mushroom, and 1/2 avocado.

Scrambled eggs in CO, 1/2 an avocado. Tasty, but it didn't really satisfy me, despite the high fat content.

1Kg chicken wings, 2 carrots. Had planned on 500g chick-wings but was particularly hungry this morning!!

Geeknik: my experience of Scotch eggs are from greasy fish and chip shops - how do you cook yours?
