    guys im not sure about how many calories i should be taking in to lose weight i currently take in an average of 1800 a week and iv been primal for a month and havent lost any weight. 100% primal except that i dont have grass fed beef here, 63% is usually fat, 30% is protein and 7% carb but most times i keep carbs below 30g
    been having stomach problems too get all gassy and bloated? i fast regularly 16 hours and eat in 8 hours, sometimes mabye twice a week i do 24-36 hour fasts what do u guys recommend?

    Eat 1800 calories a day, not a week.

      Im hoping that was a typo and you meant 1800 a day? If not, you have an eating disorder.

          sorry i meant an average of 1800 a day, got confused, sometimes i eat say 2400 and sometimes id be at 1200 thats wat i meant

            Give it three months, let your body get used to the changes.
            How do you feel?
            Have you noticed any changes in your clothes, do they fit better/worse?
            What about mental state/clarity, any changes there?
