        I made a version on Friday for dinner. Chicken breast, bacon, and organic jalapeno mozzarella...it was a big hit :-)

          My version: chicken breasts seasoned with cayenne and fried in bacon grease, thick bacon, sharp cheddar, and sauce made of mayo and sriracha. Good times!

                        Totally made one today!

                        Two chicken thighs pounded flat seasoned with Montreal chicken spice, a quarter inch of Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and bacon. mmm bacon.

                        Honestly I thought it sounded kinda gross. It was far better than I thought it ever could be.
