    breakfast:
    5-6 pieces of bacon
    2 scrambled eggs
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1/3 medium tomato

    lunch:
    4-5 pieces of bacon
    2 slices medium tomato
    2 slices medium onion
    1/4 cup salsa
    1/5 - 1/4 of an avocado

    dinner:
    romaine lettuce salad w/
    1/4 cup grilled chicken breast
    1 slice onion
    1 boiled egg
    1 slice tomato
    Homemade primal honey mustard vinagraitte recipe I found on this site used for dressing 1-2 tbsp
    4 slices cucumber

    snacks:
    1 boiled egg

    How is this? How are my portions. What can I do to improve and what tips/suggestions do you have for me?
