    We are 4 weeks in now to primal eating- should I track just to get an idea of what we are consuming? its hard to give up that mindset- maybe I don' t need to track? I'm curious though. Thoughts?

    4 week- have lost 10lbs
    hubby has lost 13lbs ( Personally I think he should slow down?)

    Ya'll don't need to slow down. First month going primal will result in a sudden loss in most folks. Get rid of conventional wisdom completely. Just let it allllll go. You're doing great.
    The process is simple: Free your mind, and your ass will follow.

        Congratulations! Yes, track for a week to get a good idea of your macronutrients (should be 65-70% fats, 20% protein, 10-15% carbs), then forget about it.
