  • Best fat for autoimmune protocol?

What kind of fat is considered the best on the autoimmune protocol ? Nuts, seeds and dairy is not ok.

    Are these considered the best?

    Coconut oil
Grass fed animal fat (beef dripping as well?)
    Fatty fish
    Olive oil

    whats your take?

yes, on the first 3, plus avocado and eggs.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

Avocados are often listed as food that can cause allergy in some people. I'd avoid those or at least watch out and test it.
