  • Guidance on dairy.

Ok so I've been eating primal for 2 months.

I've lost 10kg's which is great since I had ankle surgery so have been immobile for the duration so far.

My question is regarding dairy, specifically lactose. Does primal allow the consumption of lactose? I understand the enzyme that breaks down lactose isn't produced as we get older. I just can't seem to find any information on whether I should be eating lactose.

    Help me!!

Yes, dairy is allowed with primal. But some of us dont tolerate it so we dont eat it. Personally i discovered that my sinus and lung problems were caused by cowmilk, i do tolerate butter, cream and goatmilk. Some find that weightloss can also go faster if you dont consume dairy

Primal allows raw milk, cheese, grass fed butter, and good quality yogurt. Paleo does not.
Try it out. If you have an adverse reaction to it, keep it out of your diet. If you react well, enjoy in moderation.
