  • how can abe wagner eat so much calories

    how can he eat so much calories and not get fat, he mentioned his average was 5600, i know he workout 2 times a day, but i pole vault train everyday 1 day rest + cycling 10 miles one day a week _ and lots of slow movments
    i also get in half an hour swimming 2 days a weeki only take in 1800 a third of his calories y am i nt even losing any fat? anyone know the reason? and btw i play on an international level so my trainings arent bogious if thats wat u think

      how would u suggest i better my metabolism i know im an endomerph and i gain fat extremly fast, im not overweight or anything i just need to lose the lst 10 pounds. would going ketogenic up my metabolism iv been trying for a week to get in ketosis but the strip says im nt releasing ketones

        I think the "endomorph-ectomorph-mesomorph" classification system is dated and not very scientific. Try to get some more strength exercise if you aren't overweight. Build some muscle.

          thanx for the advice bt the problem is that i do strength training i have max 1 rep
          half squat: 308 pounds
          bench press: 165 pounds
          clean press:132 pounds
          snatch: 120 pounds
          deadlift: 400 pounds
          shoulder press:125 pounds
          and im 15 years old female so im guessing thats pretty strong, so if u have strength u probably have muscle to go along with it

            Did I read that correctly? You are a 15 year old girl and you are wondering why you don't eat the same number of calories as a MMA fighter who has to cut down to 265 pounds?

                          omg i am sooo sorry guys for giving u false info i just checked with my coach and its 130 kilos or 286 pounds, but omg that would still have gotten me first, under 56 kilos teenagers damn why didnt i know about this before. and i could have upped my workouts to suit powerlifting and would have probably got 160 kilos or so mabye ill look into it next year, but no harm done im still 3rd wolrd champion under 16 pole vaulting and i love the game
